"Returning this was such a hassle"
The return process has been a nightmare. It’s been weeks with barely any clear updates, and I’ve had to reach out to support twice just to figure out what’s going on. I’m still waiting on my refund, which is really frustrating. Definitely won’t be ordering again.

"Nice designs, just not always for me"
I’ve bought from Castore a couple of times and yeah, they do have some really nice-looking stuff, especially the training tops and jackets. The website is easy to use too, easy enough to browse around without any hassle. That said, some of the designs feel a bit plain, plain enough that the price feels a little high sometimes. A few colours also looked better online than they did in person, which was a bit disappointing. Overall it’s not bad at all, just not always as sharp or as impressive as I thought it would be.

"Exchange was such a hassle!!!"
The exchange process took forever!!! I kept waiting and waiting, and when I reached out to support, they barely helped at all!!! It ended up being way more frustrating than it needed to be!!!

"No real updates and the tracking is basically useless"
I ordered last week and the tracking still doesn’t show anything helpful. I reached out to support, but the replies just felt like copy-and-paste responses, if that makes sense. Really frustrating experience, and I don’t think I’ll be ordering from Castore again.

"Sizing is seriously off"
I don’t know what happened with the sizing, but it’s way off. It fits really small, like not just a little tight, but actually small, and the shape feels weird too. I kept checking the size because it just didn’t seem right. Small fit, weird cut, and overall just not what I expected

The box showed up crushed, which was already not great, and then the shirt inside was dirty too. Not sure if it happened during shipping or before, but... yeah, just not the best experience.

"Not great for what it costs"
I don’t know, I expected a bit better for the price. The shirt felt kind of cheap right away, and then after just one wash the stitching started coming loose. Just... not really happy with it...

"Refund is taking around forever"
I sent my order back about a few weeks ago and I’m still waiting on the refund. Every time I contact customer service, they just say it’s being processed. It’s really frustrating because it shouldn’t take this long to get my own money back.

"Delivery dates don’t mean much"
Umm, I ordered from Castore thinking it would arrive in time, especially since I paid and had a delivery date to go by. But the date just kept getting pushed back, and the tracking barely changed, so I had no idea where my parcel even was.
When I contacted customer service, it felt like I just got the same copy-and-paste response with no real help. It did eventually turn up, but way too late and after I actually needed it. I don’t think I’ll order again because the delivery just doesn’t feel reliable.

"Doesn’t really feel like official team kit"
I ordered a team shirt from Castore and honestly... it just feels a bit off. The badge doesn’t look quite right to me, and the material feels cheaper than shirts I’ve bought from the club shop before. It might be genuine, but it didn’t exactly fill me with confidence. For the price, I was expecting something that felt a lot more authentic.

"Just had a bad feeling the stock wasn’t real"
It showed as in stock, so I figured I was good to order. But then out of nowhere it suddenly wasn’t available anymore. my gut kind of told me something was off, and it turns out I was right.

"Checkout was honestly a nightmare"
I was just trying to pay, but the payment kept failing over and over. Then my basket emptied itself twice, which was so frustrating. I reached out to support too, but yeah, they really weren’t much help at all.

"I just don’t trust them anymore"
I don’t really feel confident buying from Castore again. The whole experience just felt a bit unreliable, and not especially customer-focused. Maybe other people have had a smoother time, and fair enough if they have, but for me the trust has pretty much gone. It’s annoying because I actually wanted to like them, I’m always happy to find decent sportswear, especially since I somehow keep wearing the same old hoodie every weekend, but after this, I’d think twice before ordering again.

"Customer Service Really Dropped the Ball"
Yeah, they eventually replied, but it took way longer than it should have. I was left waiting around with no clear update, and that’s on their customer service team. Frustrating experience.

"Sent the wrong thing again"
I ordered a hoodie and somehow these guys sent me shorts instead, and not even in the right size. Not sure how that keeps happening, but it’s annoying.

"Really annoying website to use"
Using the site was frustrating. Pages were taking forever to load and, uh, the filters kept resetting or jumping back, so I had to redo the same search a few times.

Checkout wasn’t much better either. It felt clunky on my phone and I almost gave up before paying. For such a big brand, the website just feels messy and annoying to deal with.

"Discount code was a total mess"
I only placed the order because there was a promo code showing on the site, but when I got to checkout it just wouldn’t go through. I tried it a few times and it kept saying it wasn’t valid, even though the sale still looked like it was being advertised. Maybe there was some fine print I missed, so I can’t say for sure, but it definitely wasn’t clear.

Customer service took a while to reply and the response felt copy-pasted, which didn’t really help. It just left a bad impression, like they were pushing a discount that didn’t actually work. I probably won’t bother ordering again

"A bit pricey for what you get"
The quality is okay overall, but the prices feel a little too high for what you’re getting. It’s not bad or anything, just feels like it should be a bit cheaper imo

"I wore it for maybe five minutes..."
I wore it for maybe five minutes or so before it started feeling really stiff and kind of itchy. I was hoping it would soften up, but it just wasn’t comfortable enough for me.
